Appointment was on time. All my questions were answered. They covered all available options that were being offered. I made my selections and they provided an offer. We reached an agreement and closed the deal within a reasonable period of time. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. No hard sell tactics which was very much appreciated.
Had them check my car all over and they found my bad ball joint. After changing my rotors and brakes
very pushy sales did not answer my questions about undercoating & tried 2 sell a maintenance contract after we kept saying no by saying things like the last owner took care of it. I wanna prevent what happened to my last car happening again & I wanna car that`s driveable more than 1 that looks good

A friend of mine from Maguire Chevrolet booked my appointment I was supposed to get the friends and family discount, what ended up supposed to be being $104 oil change turned out to be a $400 and change Bill and nobody ever told me about a percentage fee if I used my credit card until it was too late and I had no choice because who carries $400 in cash them, no one. Very honest and ethical I was quoted a price for a diagnostics. It ended up being some thing to do with the year of my car and the DMV itself. All I was charged for was an inspection which I asked for just to have something tested very happy and will continue to be a customer.
